Pleasureworld Store Return Policy

Please choose carefully before you make your purchases as, due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer any exchange policy for sex toys.

If products prove to be faulty we do offer a 14 day replacement warranty from the date you receive your product; however, due to the nature of the products, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee but will always work hard to ensure the happiness of our customers.

If your product does prove to be faulty we will replace it and, (on the occasion that we can not replace the exact same product), we will offer you the option of either selecting another product to the same value, or we will provide you with a refund for the total value of that product.  You will not be charged postage for any replacement item and, under normal circumstances, your replacement product will be sent to you within 5 working days.

Before Returning Any Items

Before returning any faulty goods please check the following:

  • Try new batteries
  • Ensure you are using the correct batteries
  • Make sure the battery connections are not wet or damp
  • Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly

If still proving to be faulty please return the product to the following address:

When returning your product, please provide the following details in order to help us process your item faster:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • The reason you are returning the product
  • Details as to how you would like the issue resolved
  • How you would like to be contacted and please provide either a telephone number, mobile number, or an email address
