This statement details the information we obtain from you and how we use that information.
IP Address
We may use your IP address to help diagnose very occasional issues on our web server. Please note that your IP address is also used to help identify you when you are using our shopping cart.
Store Images
Due to the many products please note that the images displayed on the site (and some packages received) may vary slightly.
Registration
Our request for registrations requires users to provide us with contact information, i.e. names and email addresses. This information is used for the order processing for purchases. As mentioned previously, this information is never disclosed to third parties. See also our Privacy Policy.
Order Forms
We use a shopping cart for customers to purchase products. When you place an order with us, we will also collect information from you within that order and this will include your credit card details and shipping (address) information and this information is used by us to bill you for any products purchased.
Note For International Customers
- Any international customers ordering from this site are doing so in agreeance with the following conditions:
- That they will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for the products entering their country of destination
- That they understand that if customs impounds any items sent by our company us, then any additional charges will not be refunded by us
That they understand that if any items are returned to us by any of the aforementioned customs area (or similar), they will be charged for all shipping charges incurred either way.
